Varieties: Turkey is the largest producer of hazelnuts in the world with approximately 75 percent of worldwide production. Other countries that produce hazelnuts in commercial quantities are Azerbaijan, Italy, Greece, Georgia, and Spain.
Natural (not blanched) sizes : – 9/11 mm – 11/13 mm – 13/15 mm – larger than 15 mm.
Blanched sizes : – 7/10 mm – 10/12 mm – 12/14 mm – larger than 15 mm

Sizes: 17mm +, 18mm +, 19mm +

Shelled Kernels
Sizes: 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm, 13-15 mm, 14-16 mm, or 9 mm – 16 mm with a 1-2 mm difference.
Packaging: 25/50/80 kg jute sacks, 25/40 kg paper bags, 5/10/12.5/20/25 kg transparent, colored, aluminum vacuum bags with or without cardboard, 500/700/800/1000 kg big bags.
Blanched Chopped
Sizes: Length ranges between 0-12 mm or 0-4 mm, 1-3 mm, 2-4 mm, 3-5 mm, 4-8 mm, 5-11 mm, 7-11 mm, and 0-10 mm in height.
Roasted & Natural Flour
Sizes: 0-2mm, 0-3mm
